This fall, the first Carolina’s EMS Symposium will offer an engaging, case-based educational experience focused on the recognition and management of cardiovascular emergencies in acute care settings.
Attendees will benefit from expert-led lectures, interactive case discussions, and hands-on breakout sessions designed to strengthen clinical decision-making and practical skills. Topics will include differentiating STEMI from common mimics, evaluating complex cardiac presentations, high performance CPR, cardiac anatomy, pacemaker and LVAD management, and other essential skills aimed at improving patient outcomes.
This is an excellent opportunity for EMS and acute care professionals to expand their knowledge, sharpen their skills, and enhance the care they provide to patients experiencing cardiovascular emergencies.
