The Healthcare Preparedness Program strives to be a partner to the healthcare community, working to prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergency and disasters across North Carolina. This is built by fostering partnerships with a strong foundation of communication, coordination, and collaboration.
SMRS Partners
The State Medical Response System is the made up of local, regional, and statewide partners who help us support healthcare organizations across North Carolina with various equipment, supplies, and personnel when the traditional systems are overwhelmed and need assistance.
