The Healthcare Preparedness Program is divided into four areas of responsibility, each with essential functions that work together to ensure HPP is an effective partner and resource for healthcare and emergency response organizations.

Our Coalitions
Healthcare Coalitions facilitate coordination and cooperation throughout North Carolina to
